Booking & No-Show Policy

Payment & Scheduling

Full payment is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you and is unavailable to other clients.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment. I’ll gladly accommodate one reschedule with sufficient notice.

Late rescheduling requests (inside the 48-hour window) will result in forfeiting your session without refund.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not show up for your scheduled session within 10 minutes of the start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Out of respect for my time and other clients, I cannot extend your session or reschedule no-shows.
